Arguably one of the greatest athletes in NJIT history, Wendy Gruenewald lettered in four sports (basketball, soccer, softball and volleyball) from 1992-1996
She graduated as the first-ever women’s basketball player to achieve 1,000 career points and 1,000 career rebounds
She graduated as the program's all-time leading rebounder
Gruenwald was an all-conference selection in three sports
In 1995, she was named the school’s most outstanding female athlete
