  • Started at the middle blocker position since his freshman year
  • Scholar-athlete all four years, Rodgers captained the team as junior and senior
  • He helped the team to post pair of 19-win seasons and two 20-win seasons
  • His senior season, he was the national ASICS Small College Player of the Year for schools in NCAA Division II or Division III 
  • Named to the Eastern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association All-Tournament team in 1994 and 1995
  • Rodgers helped the Highlanders win four Independent Athletic Conference championships and make four EIVA playoff appearances 
  • As a senior, Rodgers was named EIVA Division III Tournament MVP as the Highlanders fell in the championship match
  • Led the Highlanders in blocks as a freshman in 1992
  • Rodgers regularly appeared in the national statistical standings finishing in the top 10 in the nation in blocks (2x), 12th in kills and third in hitting percentage 
  • Recognized in Who’s Who in American Colleges and Universities in 1995
