A transfer student, Paul Sarlo was an offensive catalyst for the Highlanders from 1989-91
As a senior, he was named the Independent Athletic Conference Player of the Year
He also picked up first team All-Region honors
He still ranks in the top 10 in six NJIT all-time statistical categories
Most notably, he holds the school’s single-season school-record for batting average (.500; 51-102)
He also ranks among the leaders in RBI in a season (41) and is tied for the lead in triples (7) in a season
Honorable mention ABCA Division III All-American
