NEWARK, NJ -- The scheduled basketball games between NJIT and University of North Dakota which were to be played on Saturday, February 27, have been moved to Sunday, February 28 due to the winter storm that hit the northeast cancelling flights into Newark.

The women's game will tip off at 2pm with senior day ceremonies beginning at 1:30pm followed by the men's game, scheduled for a 4pm tip.  Men's senior day ceremonies will begin before the start of the contest.

This marks the second time this month both teams had to reschedule. The first meeting which was originally scheduled for February 11 in Grand Forks was moved to February 23 after stormy weather conditions in the Northeast that cancelled flights throughout the nation, including from Newark, and made it impossible for NJIT to get flights to the Dakotas.
