                     Day Three  Results
ATHENS, GA - The NJIT men's swimming and diving team competed in day three of the CCSA Swimming and Diving Championships held at the Gabrielson Natatorium at the University of Georgia.
The Highlanders hold steady in sixth place with 397 points.
In the 400 medley relay NJIT placed fifth with team 
Scott Quirie, 
Alex Danielson, 
Edward Parks and 
Matheus Monteiro Montarroyos. Danielson broke the NJIT record in his 50 breast split with a time of 27.26.
Junior Quirie also swam on the 400 IM finals placing tenth with a time of 4:04.26.
In the 100 fly sophomore's Parks and Danielson made the finals with times of 51.85 and 53.00 respectively.
Five Highlanders made the 200 free finals with Montarroyos leading the pack swimming in 1:43.08 followed by 
Haydn Pak (1:43.93), 
Maxim Tillmann (1:45.19), 
Jack Matusiak (1:46.11) and 
Michael Sungurov (1:47.46).
In the 100 breast final Danielson, 
Justin Sherrill and 
Timothy Sullivan finished in the top 20.
The championships will continue on Saturday, the final day of events.
