The ASUN Women's Soccer Tournament is played at campus sites. Six teams qualify, with the higher-seeded team hosting. When the field is reduced to four, those teams all play at the home field of the highest-seeded team remaining in the competition, with the champion advancing to the 2016 NCAA Women's College Cup.
The tournament begins on October 29 with the semifinals and finals scheduled for November 4 and November 6.

NJIT sophomores
Neema Liverpool and
Melanie Zrno pace the Highlanders with five goals apiece with one regular season contest remaining on the schedule. The pair, which has totaled 10 points this season, ranks tied for the NJIT Division I record for goals in a season with five (also held by
Kori Washington, who netted five goal in 2007). Classmate
Nicole Baldassini follows closely behind Liverpool and Zrno with three goals.
Sophomore
Arianna Gerber has moved into first, topping the NJIT program record for most assists in a season (6). Gerber ranks third in the ASUN assists category.
Senior goalkeeper
Karen David has notched five or more saves in the last six matches, bringing her career total to 164. David has combined for a 6-5-3 overall mark with four shutouts, 74 saves and a 1.02 goals against average. She currently ranks second in the ASUN with a .831 save percentage, third in goals against average (1.02) and fourth in shutouts.
The Highlanders eclipsed their Division I program record for most goals in a season (23), previously held in 2009, after capturing a 1-0 victory vs. Jacksonville on October 9.

Last season, the Highlander defense, backstopped by a record-setting 18-save performance from senior goalkeeper
Samantha Bersett, had an answer for everything Lipscomb threw at the Highlanders until the Bisons notched a golden goal in the 97th minute to secure a 1-0 overtime victory in the season finale for both teams.

Lipscomb is coming off a 6-0 win against USC Upstate, which stands as the programs highest, scoring match of the season, and is the largest goal-difference of any ASUN contest in Bisons history. Ten Bisons collected a point or more against the Spartans.
Junior Ellen Lundy now has five goals on the season, netting three in the last two matches. Lundy ranks second on the team for goals scored, after freshman Olivia Doak (7) and tied with Natalie DuBoise (5).
