NEWARK, NJ—NJIT and Saint Peter's have agreed to alter the location and times of their three-game non-conference baseball series scheduled for the upcoming weekend.
 
The series is now scheduled to begin on Friday, March 23 at 4 pm with a doubleheader at Bears and Eagles Riverfront Stadium in downtown Newark. The doubleheader is scheduled as one nine-inning game and one seven-inning game. Saint Peter's will be designated as the home team in the second game of the doubleheader.
 
The third game in the series will be played at Saint Peter's in Jersey City, tentatively set for noon on Saturday.
 
The original schedule called for a doubleheader at Saint Peter's on Saturday and a single game in Newark on Sunday, but the changes were made based on the forecast of rain after Friday.
