2025-26 CSC All-District Team

​NEWARK, NJ – Austin Francis of the NJIT baseball team has been named to the 2025–26 College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team, the organization announced.

The CSC Academic All-District Team recognizes student-athletes for excellence both on the court and in the classroom. Honorees must be key contributors to their team's success while maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher.

The outfielder from Troy, New York was also named to the America East All-Academic Team after he posted a 3.83 GPA while majoring in Business, earning recognition for his excellence both academically and athletically. The senior captain was the only Highlander to appear and start in all 48 games and finished the regular season with 39 walks which ranked third in the conference.
