NEW YORK, N.Y. - The NJIT track and field teams competed at the Mets Indoor Championships at Ocean Breeze Complex and the Millrose Games at the Armory Track & Field Center.

Jason Alvarez,
Cassian Holland-Moritz,
Eatoniel Brown, and
Jayden Smith won the men's 4x400m relay at the Millrose Games with a time of 3:15.98.
Lucia Julvez,
Kierstin Ashby,
Hayley Lucido, and
Maddie Stevens finished third in the women's 4x400m relay with a time of 3:50.57. The rest of the team competed at the Mets Indoor Championships.
Kayla Kelsick won a gold medal in the 60m hurdles with a personal-best and school record time of 8.73 at the Mets Indoor Championships.
Dakota Jones clocked a personal-best 60m hurdles time of 8.97.

Zaidah Lightener posted a long jump of 5.87m to place third.
Raegan Bossard (11.67m) and Lightener (11.64m) to finish fourth and fifth, respectively.

Alvarez ran a 60m hurdles time of 8.32 to finish in fourth place.

NJIT will have another split weekend at the Fastrack National Invite on Feb. 6 at Ocean Breeze Complex and the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Championships on Feb. 7-8 in Boston.
