NEW ORLEANS - The NJIT track and field teams were selected to the U.S. Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Academic Teams, announced on Monday.
 
The women's team posted a 3.40 GPA while the men's team recorded a 3.29 GPA.
 
To qualify for the All-Academic award, the team must have compiled a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 as a team.
