2024-25 NABC Honors Court

​KANSAS CITY, MO–The NJIT men's basketball team has been named as a recipient of the NABC Team Academic Excellence Award while Triston Wennersten was selected to the NABC Honors Court.

The NABC Team Academic Excellence Awards recognize programs that completed the 2024-25 academic year with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher.  

The NABC Honors Court, meanwhile, includes junior, senior and graduate student men's basketball players who finished the 2024-25 year with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.

A graduate student from Ridgewood, NJ, Wennersten saw action in 24 games and made a pair of starts for the Highlanders in his graduate season.  He scored eight points at Bucknell and finished with a season-best nine points and three three-pointers against Bryant (2/1).  Wennersten graduated in May with a Management degree.
