The main entrance for spectators attending Lubetkin Field at Mal Simon Stadium is located at 100 Lock Street, Newark NJ. Youth group ticket pricing is available for youth groups of 15 or more. NEWARK, N.J. - The NJIT women's soccer team (3-10-3, 0-5-2 AE) plays its final game of the season against UMBC (5-11-1, 1-5-1 AE) on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. at Lubetkin Field at Mal Simon Stadium.
 
NJIT NEWS & NOTES
The Highlanders earned a point in America East play with a 2-2 draw against first-place Maine on October 27, snapping the Black Bears' eight-game winning streak. NJIT recorded four consecutive shutouts with wins against Mount St. Mary's, Saint Peter's, and Rider from August 22 to September 1.
 
Ciara Adams recorded three points against Maine, scoring one goal and adding one assist. She netted her goal in the 57th minute, assisted by Briana Andreoli and Sydney Burlingame. The Flemington, New Jersey native is tied with Andreoli for a team-high nine points (3 goals, 3 assists) this season.
 
Bella Ramirez scored her first collegiate goal in the 39th minute against Maine, assisted by Adams. Ramirez earned the America East Co-Rookie of the Week honors for her performance.
 
Goalkeeper Samantha Constantine recorded five saves on 21 shots faced against Maine. The senior has made 18 saves in her last three games, including a season-high eight saves against Binghamton on October 17.
 
Kelsey Ramos scored her third goal of the season in the 57th minute against Binghamton, assisted by Caroline Caputo. Ramos has 19 career points, tying her with Adams for ninth all-time in the Division I era. She is third on the team with seven points this season.
 
Andreoli scored her 12th goal of her NJIT career in the 32nd minute against UAlbany, tying her for second all-time in the Division I era. She is also fourth all-time in points (30) during that same period. The Hawthrone, New Jersey native was selected to the 2024 America East Conference Women's Soccer Preseason All-Conference team after leading the team with six goals and three assists for a team-high 15 points in 2023. She has three goals and three assists this season.
 
Kennedy Westbrook earned America East Rookie of the Week honors on September 23 after recording the first three points of her collegiate career, including one goal and one assist against Bryant. Sofia Mignon also scored her first collegiate goal in the 89th minute of that match.
 
Caputo has scored two goals this season, netting both against Saint Peter's for her first multi-goal game. She is fourth on the team with six points (2 goals, 2 assists).
 
Maria Nogueira and Westbrook have each played all 90 minutes in 15 matches played this season. NJIT has blocked 51 shots, including ten against top-50 Rutgers.
 
SCOUTING UMBC
UMBC enters the contest with a 5-11-1 record, falling to UNH 3-2 on October 27.
 
Natasha Munro is first on the team and ranks fifth in the America East with 14 points (6 goals, 2 assists) this season, including five goals in her last seven games. Izzy Binko is second on the team with 11 points (3 goals, 5 assists).
 
The all-time series is tied 2-2-2, with NJIT winning the last matchup 2-1 on September 28, 2023.
