NEWARK, N.J. --- The NJIT women's tennis team continued its dominance at home on Friday afternoon with a 7-0 win over the Wagner Seahawks at the Naimoli Family Athletic and Recreational Facility.

The Highlanders (4-2) have yet to drop a point in Newark, posting three 7-0 victories (Sacred Heart, FDU, Wagner) and a 4-0 clinching win over UConn.

"Our ladies did a good job not taking the opponent lightly. I was especially happy with Brianna's performance in both singles and doubles, she is developing every game," Head Coach Zaki Abdelrahmen said after the match. 

NJIT quickly won the doubles point with a 1-2-3 slate that yielded only four total games across the three matches.

Every singles match was won in straight sets, with no Highlander conceding more than three total games in their flight.
