Biography
2021-22: Went 22-5 overall in singles (16-2 in duals) and 9-11 in doubles (8-9 in duals)...helped NJIT reach the Southland Championship match in its first season as an affiliate member...Southland Third Team Singles (No. 3) selection
2020-21: Team did not compete this season (COVID-19 opt-outs).
2019-20: Ended NJIT's shortened spring season (COVID-19) with the second-most dual singles wins on the team (8-2) and a 7-5 dual doubles mark...went undefeated at No. 3 (4-0) and was 7-2 at the top half of the singles lineup...went 6-5 at No. 1 doubles.
Prior to NJIT: Competed at Dar Eltarbiah IGCSE and was previously coached by NJIT head coach Zaki Abdelrahman...also played competitively with Gezira.
Personal: Daughter of Mohamed Badawi...plans to major in Business.
