NASHVILLE, TN – NJIT women's tennis dropped a 6-1 decision to ASUN Conference opponent Lipscomb on Friday afternoon.

Lipscomb swept in doubles play 3-0, but the Highlanders grabbed a win in fifth singles.

Amanda Helminsky won the first round 6-4, and in the second Thabile Tshatedi retired giving the junior the win.

The Highlanders will wait and see their seeding for the ASUN Women's Tennis Conference Tournament, April 20-22 held at North Florida.
