The month of December will begin in Cambridge, Massachusetts, when the Highlanders visit Harvard on December 4, with tip set for 12Noon.
NJIT vs. Harvard All-Time Series
Harvard leads the all-time series, 4-0. In the last meeting between the two schools, the Crimson took a 66-54 victory on January 18, 2015.
The Highlanders enter Sunday's contest with a 3-4 overall mark, coming off an 84-52 defeat at Lehigh on Wednesday. NJIT freshman
Danielle Tunstall notched her third career double-double, leading the Highlanders with 14 points and 11 rebounds. Tunstall is one of two freshmen ranked in the nation in double-doubles (tied for 35
th).

A Look at Harvard (6-1)
Harvard, which dropped its 2016 season opener at Minnesota, has won its last six games. The six-game streak is the longest in non-conference play since a seven-game non-conference run during the 2013-14 season.
The Crimson are coming off a 73-62 victory against Temple, paced by senior forward Destiny Nunley's 21 points, 10 rebounds and five blocked shots to lead a group of five players in double-digits in the victory.
Harvard has three players averaging double-digit scoring totals, paced by
Nunley (13.4 ppg),
Katie Benzan (10.6 ppg) and
Madeline Raster (10.6 ppg). Nunley has recorded double-digit scoring totals in five out of seven games, including two 20-point contests. Benzan, the Crimson three-point threat, knocked down seven three-pointers in the Crimson's 65-52 victory over Boston U.
Freshman forward
Jeannie Boehm sits atop with 6.4 rpg, including a personal-best 10 rebounds at Sacred Heart.
Through seven games this season, Harvard ranks among the top-40 in the nation in three-pointers per game (8.0, tied for 40th) and three-point field goal percentage (38.9, 21st).
Ivy League Preseason
Harvard was selected third in the Ivy League Preseason poll after, finishing the 2015-16 campaign in third place at 9-5 in the Ivy League, behind Princeton (12-2) and conference regular season champion Penn (13-1).
The Crimson went 14-14 overall last season, earning a selection to the WNIT Tournament. It was the sixth appearance over the last eight years in the WNIT for the Crimson and the program's 12th postseason appearance, most of any Ivy League team.
Harvard returns two starters and nine letterwinners from a year ago, including senior co-captain
Nunley, who averaged 6.6 points and 5.0 rebounds per game as the team's top reserve player.
A Look at NJIT (3-4)
The Highlanders will complete a four-game road trip at Harvard on Sunday and return to Newark on December 6 to host Binghamton. The game will be streamed live on ESPN3.
NJIT is led by two players averaging double-figure totals – seniors
Alana Dudley (11.4 ppg) and
Leah Horton (11.4 ppg). The veteran duo is the fifth highest scoring duo in the conference.
As a team, the Highlanders rank third in the league at 36.6 rebounds per game, paced by Tunstall, who is averaging 7.6 rpg followed by redshirt freshman
Jillian Libby at 6.1 rpg.
Tunstall, an impact player on both ends for the Highlanders, leads the ASUN with three double-doubles after securing her third at Lehigh this past week.
Freshman guard
Amber Morgan ranks third in the ASUN with a 2.0 assist-to-turnover ratio while her 16 total assists rank ninth in the league.
