WALL TOWNSHIP, NJ—With a quick turnaround, the NJIT Men's Club Ice Hockey team traveled south to the Jersey Shore Arena to face the Monmouth Blue Hawks. 

After a sluggish start consisting of too many turnovers and too many penalties, NJIT played very well and even dominated for long stretches at a time. 

They clawed their way back in to the game from deficits of 2-0 and 3-1.  Unfortunately another power play goal was the difference as the visitors came up on the short end of a 4-3 score.
