NEWARK, NJ— The forecast of rain for Friday has altered the schedule of the upcoming Great West Conference weekend baseball series to be hosted by NJIT against Utah Valley at Bears and Eagles Riverfront Stadium.

The revised schedule will pit NJIT against Utah Valley in a single nine-inning game, starting on Friday at 12 pm.  The game was originally scheduled for 6pm.

The teams will continue play on Saturday with a doubleheader starting at 1 pm, a seven-inning first game and a nine-inning second game.

The weekend series will wrap up on Sunday at 12pm with a single nine-inning contest.
