STONY BROOK, NY—The NJIT men's tennis team fell Tuesday afternoon, 6-1, at Stony Brook in the season finale for the Highlanders.
 
The Highlanders, who wrap up the 2011-12 season with a 13-9 overall mark, earned one point Tuesday coming at second singles.
 
NJIT sophomore Petr Rousar won in straight sets over Stony Brook's Francis Bertrand, 6-2, 7-6 (7-3).
 
Seniors Bryan Keelan and Dan Salomon close out their careers at NJIT.
