WEST POINT, NY – Senior Iulia Doci picked up the only win for New Jersey Institute of Technology in its 6-1 loss at Army in women's tennis action Sunday afternoon.

Doci defeated Army's Patricia Vollmer in a three set match, 5-7, 6-1, 6-2 at first singles registering her tenth win of the season.

Doubles partners Fanny Aizier and Dasa Stanimirovic were winners at third doubles, 9-7, over Army's Jurelle Mendoza and Robie Verano.

With the seven-point match scoring system, the team that wins the majority of doubles earns one point.  Army recorded wins at first and second doubles earning the point.

The Highlanders will break until its Spring Break trip which will start on March 16 when they face Colgate and Florida Gulf Coast on March 17.
