WEST HARTFORD, CT -- NJIT won every singles matchup and every doubles contest, in the Highlanders' 7-0 women's tennis win over Hartford Saturday afternoon.

Highlanders' Iulia Doci (#1 singles), Fanny Aizier (#4 singles) and Isha Toor (#5 singles) were all dominant 6-0, 6-0 winners over their counterparts from Hartford.

Freshman Anine Lovdal was a 6-2, 6-1 winner at No. 2 singles and Ana Lidon and Dasa Stanimirovic won by identical scores 6-1, 6-1 at third and sixth singles.

Aizier and Stanimirovic teamed up at third doubles shutting out Hartford's Margaret Potkay and Gulay Ozdemir, 8-0.   Toor and Lovdal took first doubles with a score of 8-1 while Doci and Lidon won 8-5, at second doubles.

The Highlanders 7-2 on the season, will return to action on Saturday when they host Morgan State the Tenafly Racquet Club.  The match is scheduled for 8pm.
