JERSEY CITY, NJ – Saint Peter's edged the New Jersey Institute of Technology men's tennis team, 4-3, on Sunday afternoon.

NJIT's Steve Erickson captured the first singles match, defeating Saint Peter's Serge Igel, 6-2, 6-2.  Carl Lundquist and Cosmin Chiujdea teamed up at first doubles coming out on top 8-3.

Other singles winners for NJIT were -- Lundquist 6-2, 6-1 at second singles and Dan Salomon, at fifth singles by a score of 6-4, 6-0.

The Highlanders will host Howard on Saturday February 14 at 8pm at Tenafly Racquet Club.
