DELAND, FL–The NJIT women's tennis team dropped a 6-1 decision to Stetson on Monday morning as the Highlanders kicked off their Spring Break Trip.

The Hatters picked up their fifth straight win of the season, securing the doubles point and took five out of six singles matches.

The lone winner on the day for the Highlanders came at fifth singles as graduate student Arina Babkova went the distance, fighting back and picking up the three-set tilt, 1-6, 6-4, 6-2.

NJIT will face Milwaukee on March 20 in Orlando, Florida. The match is slated to begin at 5pm.
