NEWARK, N.J. - NJIT men's lacrosse head coach
Eric Wolf has announced that the team's 2026 season will feature 14 games.
"Every year is an opportunity to grow, and this group has embraced that fully. Our schedule will challenge us, and that's exactly what we want. We're excited for the tests ahead and confident in the work we're putting in every day," Wolf said.
The Highlanders will begin their season at home against Saint Joseph's on Jan. 31.
NJIT will travel to Queens to face St. John's on Feb. 7.
The Red and Blue return to Newark for a four game homestand, including Lafayette (Feb. 14), UMass (Feb. 21), Sacred Heart (Feb. 28), and Monmouth (March 3).
Wolf and his team hit the road for a game against Wagner on March 7.
NJIT will conclude non-conference play at home against Jacksonville on March 14.
The Highlanders open America East play at home against Binghamton on March 21.
The Red and Blue have two straight away games against Vermont (March 28) and Bryant (April 4).
NJIT will host a home game against UMass Lowell on April 11.
Wolf and his team will play in their final road game against UMBC on April 18.
The Highlanders will close out the regular season at home against UAlbany on April 25.
The America East semifinals are scheduled for April 30, with the finals taking place on May 2.
