MADISON, NJ–The NJIT men's fencing team went a perfect 4-0 over the weekend at the MACFA A vs. B Invitational hosted by Drew University. 

The epee squad led by graduate student Paul Veltrup and freshman Fabio Mastromarino registered 9-0 marks on the day while Daniel Jeun recorded a 8-1 mark as the epee squad combined for a 32-4 overall record (88.89 winning percentage).

Sophomore Aidan Doctor and freshman Julian Detering led the foil squad with 7-0 records as the foil squad combined for a 25-11 overall record on the day.

Senior Adrian Figueredo led the sabre squad, finishing the day with a 7-1 overall record followed by Gonzalo Fernandez with an 8-4 mark.

NJIT will return to action on November 23 when the Highlander men compete at the MACFA B vs. C hosted by Haverford.
