​NEWARK, NJ–The NJIT men's fencing team was perfect this weekend, combining for a 5-0 overall record at the MACFA B vs. C hosted by Haverford.

Leading the way was the men's epee squad which registered a 29-5 overall record (85.29%) led by Paul Veltrup (10-0) and Daniel Jeun (10-2).  Ryan Scharf finished with a 9-3 mark on the day.

The men's sabre squad finished with a 29-9 overall record (76.32%) led by Adrian Figueredo who went undefeated (10-0).

Julian Detering paced the men's foil squad with an 8-0 mark.

The NJIT men's fencing team will return to action on December 6 at the Tradition Meet.
