NEWARK, NJ–The NJIT men's soccer team will conclude its America East Conference road slate on Friday evening at Bryant.

Kickoff is slated for 7pm at Beirne Stadium on ESPN+ with in-game statistics available on BryantBulldogs.com.

Bryant leads the all-time series, 4-1. The Bulldogs have won the last four out of five contests with the lone Highlander win coming in 2022, a 4-0 victory over the Bulldogs.
America East Standings/Scenarios Heading into Friday's Matches
- NJIT and UMBC sit tied for seventh with a 1-3-1 mark and four points. The lone win for UMBC came against UMass Lowell while the Highlanders defeated Binghamton.
- NJIT can't clinch a championship berth with a win on Friday, but also can't be eliminated with a loss on Friday.
- NJIT is currently tied for seventh, but could potentially earn a top-four seed if the Highlanders win out AND get some help.
- NJIT's playoff chances will be decided on the final day of the regular season when the Highlanders play UMBC who also has 4 points with a 1-3-1 league record.
- The Highlanders and Retrievers both have two matches remaining on their schedules (UMBC at Binghamton) and (NJIT at #2 Bryant). NJIT and UMBC close out the regular season on November 4 in Newark at 6pm on ESPN+.

–The lone win in league action for NJIT came against Binghamton, a 1-0 victory in Vestal, NY.–The Highlanders have six players
– Henrique Sardinha, Sergio Martinez Cubel, Cristian LoGrasso, Caio Carrara, Junee Lee and Jake Rubis with one goal each.
–Martinez Cubel leads the team with three assists and five points.
–Armstrong leads the America East in total saves (65) while ranking tied for third in shutouts (5) and second in saves per game (4.33).
Scouting Bryant Bulldogs
--Bryant opened the week with an impressive 0-0 draw at Princeton, then-ranked No. 1 in the nation, before falling to UVM 2-1 which dropped their record to 13-1-2. The Bulldogs scored late to pull within one and had multiple chances to tie in the final minutes of regulation.
--The Bulldogs enter Saturday's game ranked No. 7 in the latest United Soccer Coaches National rankgins with a 13-1-2 overall record, 4-1 in the America East.
--Jaime Amaro tops the America East in goals (9) and points (24) and is tied for second in assists (6).
--Goalkeeper Enzo Carvalho ranks first in the league in goals against averaged (.500) and saves percentage (.813); he ranked tied for first with seven shutouts.
