NEWARK, N.J. - NJIT men's lacrosse head coach
Eric Wolf has announced that the team's 2025 season will feature 12 games.
"We will be tested and we're looking forward to the competition that lies ahead in our 2025 campaign," Wolf said.
During the 2024 season, NJIT posted its best season in program history, starting with a historic 7-0 record and finishing with eight wins, the most in school history.
The Highlanders will begin their season at home against St. John's on Feb. 8.
NJIT will take a two-game road trip to visit Lafayette on Feb. 15 and UMass on Feb. 22.
The Red and Blue will return to Newark to host Drexel on Feb. 26.
A week later, the Highlanders will face in-state rival Monmouth on the road on March 5.
Wolf and his team will conclude non-conference play at home against Wagner on March 8.
After a week off, NJIT will begin America East Conference play on the road against Binghamton on March 22.
The Highlanders will host two straight home games against Vermont on March 29 and Bryant on April 5.
NJIT will travel to UMass Lowell for an America East matchup on April 12.
The Red and Blue will play their final home game at the BWEC against UMBC on April 19.
The Highlanders will close out the regular season on the road against UAlbany on April 26. UAlbany won the America East Championship last season.
The America East Conference semifinals are scheduled for May 1, with the finals taking place on May 3.
