Second Day Of Track and Field Double Weekend Ends With More Standout Efforts

BOSTON & LOWELL, Mass. — The NJIT track and field teams wrapped up their two-day, two meet Massachusetts road trip on Saturday evening as the Highlanders switched teams attending the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic (women Saturday, men Friday) and the UMass Lowell Riverhawk Invitational (men Saturday, women Friday).

The quartet of Matt Bacchi, Lossenie Fofana, Jordan Lee, and Elisha Bugasch won the 4x400 Relay and bested the school record by .01 seconds (Bacchi/Eugene Graves III/Thomas Van Saders/Jacob Leigh; 3:17.54 on 2/26/2022)
