NEWARK, NJ–Four home matches on Lubetkin Field at Mal Simon Stadium await the NJIT men's soccer team during its five-match spring schedule, announced by NJIT head coach Fernando Barboto on Wednesday, February 23.

The 2021 season saw the Highlanders advance to the semifinals of the 2021 America East Tournament for the second straight season, saw three players named to the America East All-Conference team and graduate students Rene White and Regsan Watkins concluded their collegiate careers ranked among the top 5 in the NCAA Division I career goals and points leaders.

NJIT will open the 2022 spring slate on February 25 at 6pm welcoming FC Motown, of the National Premier Soccer League the USL League Two.

On Saturday, March 26, NJIT will visit Temple at Temple Sports Complex in Philadelphia.

The Highlanders will open the month of April, hosting LIU at 1pm.  LIU, the 2021 Northeast Conference Champions, advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

On Friday, April 8, the Highlanders will welcome Manhattan and kick off at 7pm.  The Jaspers picked up six wins in 2021.

NJIT will conclude its spring slate on April 15 at 2pm, hosting nearby Saint Peter's.  The Peacocks reached the MAAC Postseason Tournament, finishing with eight wins.

On April 30, NJIT will welcome back all NJIT men's soccer alumni for an alumni game on Lubetkin Field at Mal Simon Stadium.  More information regarding the event will be released in the coming weeks.
