Kacso, who was named a team captain prior to the season, planned to be a weekend starter in 2020, but an injury in the fall forced him to strictly pitch out of the bullpen. The New Jersey native pitched in five games this season, with his best outing coming on February 15 vs. Penn State. Kacso tossed 2.1 innings and allowed one run to earn the victory and help lead the Highlanders to a win over a Big Ten opponent for the third-straight season. He entered the game with the bases loaded and no outs in the fourth and was able to get a stikeout folowed by a double play to get out of the jam unscathed. 

As a junior, Kacso tossed a pair of complete games, including a nine-inning performance where he helped lead the squad to a 5-1 ASUN victory over Lipscomb. Kacso struck out four in the win, while limiting the Bisons offense to five hits and a pair of walks.

For his career, Kacso started 28 games, while appearing in 43 on the mound and earned six victories.
