Damon Lynn, is nominated for the GEICO Play of the Year, Kate Shumway of Intersport announced Tuesday, February 4.
Each week for five weeks, four incredible college basketball plays will be nominated as the GEICO Play of the Year. Each week's winner will be determined by fan voting through the official Facebook page by clicking
here.
The five finalists will compete in a week-long competition to determine the GEICO Play of the Year. The winner will be announced during the GEICO Best of College Basketball special which airs March 28 at 2 P.M. ET on CBS.

Ky Howard right in from of the basket. Howard then picks up and flies toward the basket to finish it off with a layup to score.
Howard's layup is competing against three other plays from week two, including an over half-court buzzer beater by William Patterson's Zach Frick, an alley oop from underneath the basket by Sacred Heart's De'Von Barnett, and a flying behind-the-back pass by NYU's Hakeem Harris.
