HACKENSACK, NJ—The NJIT women's fencing team completed at the 2015 Fairleigh Dickinson Invitational Sunday after at the Stratis Arena inside the Rothman Center.
The Highlanders competed against Temple, Brandeis, Stevens, John Hopkins and host Fairleigh Dickinson. The closest match of the day came against John Hopkins as the Highlanders dropped a (12-15) decision.
Freshman
Jule Shigihara combined for an 11-4 record on the foil strip sweeping host FDU, Brandeis, Johns Hopkins while picking up two wins against Stevens.
Senior
Julia Aronov recorded a 8-7 overall mark in epee competition blanking FDU and Stevens while recording two wins against Johns Hopkins.
