NEWARK, NJ – NJIT's Stella Frias claimed silver in women's foil, and Dila Erdogan earned bronze in women's saber at the 2026 NIWFA Championships, hosted by Drew University.

Frias secured a second-place finish in foil, while Erdogan placed third in epee. Teammate Kaydine Gonzalez added a 15th-place finish in women's saber.

The Highlanders junior Frias was also named to the 2026 NIWFA All-Academic team with 3.95 GPA, majoring in architecture.
