The NJIT women’s tennis team finished fourth at the 2010 Great West Conference Tennis Championships hosted by University of North Dakota this past weekend.

NJIT's Nina Mayevska was named to the Great West Conference first-team collecting two wins at first singles over North Dakota and South Dakota and added two more wins at first doubles with teammate Isha Toor, who was recognized to the second team.  Toor, one of three Highlander seniors ends her career with a 47-28 overall record.

Mayevska's only loss at the GWC tournament came against Chicago State's Dian Mayasari up 6-2 in the first set and led 1-0 into the second set when Mayevska suffered an injury and was unable to continue.
