NJIT men's volleyball athlete Kajetan Borecki, from Bielsko-Biala Poland has been selected as NJIT Male Athlete of the Week for his
performance against Harvard and Springfield.

In the Highlanders 3-1 loss against Harvard on Friday, the junior who is playing the best volleyball in his two seasons at NJIT, led the
Highlanders with 15 kills. Borecki led the Highlanders in their 3-2 win against Springfield with 22 kills and just two errors in 48 swings (.417 attack percentage). Borecki's 22 kills were a career-best.

The 6-foot-7 outside hitter is in his second season at NJIT after playing his freshman year at Graceland in Iowa. Over the last three matches, he has 53
kills (at least 15 in each match) and just 11 hitting errors in the same span.
