Freshman Fiona Wright receives NJIT Female Athlete of the Week for her performance the Highlanders 2-1 comeback win over Kennesaw State.

Wright scored the Highlanders two goals in the win, and now totals 11 on the year.

Wright’s 11 goals this season is the most of any first year player and is just one off from the overall mark in the Division I era.

The forward also ranks second among D-I freshman, and is tied for most goals in the ASUN.
