Prior to NJIT: Graduate of Urspringschule in Schelklingen, Germany … played on age group German national teams during his teen years and also competed in age group national championships from 2002-03 on … won the German High School Championship in 2003-04 … member of the u18 German National Club Championship team Urspring from 2004-05 … once scored 56 points in an u16 game … was selected to play for Germany in the European Junior Championships in 2005 and 2006, but was prevented from playing due to injuries.
