Healing, a 2004 graduate of Monmouth University, hails from Morris County in New Jersey.
He has served as an assistant men’s basketball coach in two NCAA Division III programs—Vassar College in Poughkeepsie, NY, and Centenary College in Hackettstown, NJ.
He entered the college coaching ranks at Centenary in April 2009 and coached there during the 2010-11 season. He had two stints at Vassar, coaching there in the 2009-10 season and returning as a full-time assistant in 2011-12, when the program tripled its wins total from the previous season.
His basketball camp experience includes work at Hoop Mountain Prospect Camp, Hoop Group Top 100, Hoop Group Jamfest, Gymrat Challenge and Marist Basketball Camp.
Prior to coaching at the collegiate level, Healing spent two seasons as the assistant varsity boy’s basketball coach at Randolph High School.
Healing earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication at Monmouth University.
