Biography
2024: Named to USILA Senior All-Star Game...played and started in 12 of 14 matches, posting 27 points (15 G, 12 A), six ground balls and a caused turnover...recorded at least one point in all but one contest...posted a season high five points (2 G, 3 A) against Siena on February 10 and recorded a hat trick in a four-point showing against Merrimack on April 6.
2023: USILA Division I Scholar All-American and America East Second Team All-Conference selection...started all 13 games and finished top two on team in goals (22, T-2nd), assists (13, 1st) and points (35, 1st)...scored a season-high four goals at Binghamton on March 25...registered a point in 12 of 13 matches, including ten straight...set a new career-high with four assists in NJIT's win vs Lindenwood on March 11...also logged 11 ground balls and four caused turnovers.
2022: Started in all 13 games and was one of four players with double digit goals (13, third on the team)...added six assists for 19 total points...matched the team season high with three goals at Stony Brook on Apr. 9...posted three point games two other times (2 G, 1 A vs UMass Lowell on Mar. 26; 1 G, 2 A against UAlbany on Apr. 22)...added three caused turnovers and 18 ground balls.
2021: Named to America East All-Rookie Team after starting ten of 11 games and leading the team in goals (19) and adding five assists...named to USILA Team of the Week (3/30) and selected as America East Offensive Player of the Week (3/29)...led NJIT to its first America East win at UMass Lowell (Mar. 27) with five goals and two assists...scored four goals at home against Stony Brook on Apr. 10.
*For America East spring sports in 2021, athletes who were freshmen (first-year players) in either 2020 or 2021 were eligible for All-Rookie and Rookie of Year consideration since all 2020 freshmen retained their eligibility due to the season being canceled, no conference games were played and no conference awards were issued.
2020: Saw action in all seven contests with four starts (season shortened due to COVID-19 public health crisis)...ended the season with five points (two goals, three assists)...also added seven ground balls and three caused turnovers....logged first career multi-point game on Feb. 22 against Lehigh (1 G, 1 A).
Prior to NJIT: Competed at Glen Rock High School for coach
Michael Esacalante...earned All-League, All-County, and All-League honors, won a league championship, and was named team captain during his career...selected to the Gil Gibbs All-Star Game...played club for
