A forward from Newark’s East Side High School, Taj Price, joins sophomore transfer Abdul Lewis on the Highlander squad after the pair guided East Side to the 2014 NJSIAA North 2 Group 3 State title, defeating Summit, 54-25. East Side, ranked second in the state in 2014, posted a 30-2 overall record. ...Price averaged 9.4ppg and 4.9rpg during his senior campaign and attended The Phelps School, a prep school, in Pennsylvania, during the 2015-16 season.
