2014: The senior anchor of the Highlanders defense had appeared and started in all 18 matches. ... earned CollegeSportsMadness 2014 Preseason Independent Defensive Player of the Year and Preaseason Independent First-Team All-Conference and was selected Independent Defensive Player of the Year and Independent first-team All-Conference. ...she started and played in every minute of every match (76) in her four-year career. ...tops the NJIT all-time list for games played (76) ... recorded two goals and two assists in her career. ... 2014-15 Highlander Academic award recipient.

2013: Junior defender earned 2013 Madness Independent All-Conference first-team honors, starting every match this season (19) while scoring her first collegiate goal on October 4 at Delaware State. ...also recorded one assist. ...one of five students awarded internships and scholarships from Merck, offering the students an invaluable experience at one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies.

Team Note: NJIT finishes 2013 at 8-10-1 while notching 6 shutouts, also a new program high in the Division I era, which began in 2006. The previous Division I high for wins was 7 when the Highlanders were 7-9-2 in 2009.This year's team also matched the overall program record for wins. Started as a Division III program in 1996, NJIT played in Division II from 1997 to 2005, posting an 8-6-3 mark the final season in Division II.

2012: Started every match this season for the Highlanders (20). ... notched one assist in NJIT's 2-1 victory over Monmouth.

2011: Started every match (19) as a freshman in the back for the 2011 Highlanders.


Prior to NJIT: The outside back was a 2011 United States Marine Corps Distinguished Athlete, a first-team coaches all-county pick in 2010 for Old Mill Senior HS, where she was team MVP.  ...on the club side, she won the ECNL (Elite Clubs National League) national championship playing for U18 Free State United. ECNL is emerging as a program that for girls is similar to the Academy programs for boys soccer players. In 2010, Cislo was picked for the ECNL National Championship All-Event team.
