Biography

2012-13: One of six prospects brought in for a special pre-draft workout by the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association on Wednesday, June 12, 2013. ...Flores, one of the most honored players in NJIT history and the school's leading scoring in its Division I era (1,724 career points), participated in the invitation-only closed session at the Nets' PNY Center training facility in East Rutherford.

Team Note: The Highlanders finished the 2012-13 regular season Great West Conference championship when they topped the GWC with a 6-2 record. In addition, NJIT, which could play as many as two games in this weekend's GWC Tournament, has won 16 games, the most for the program since it began Division I competition in 2006-07. Indeed, the 16-win mark is the most for NJIT in 10 years since it won 18 games in 2002-03 while competing in Division II.
