Men’s Soccer Falls at New Hampshire


DURHAM, NH–New Hampshire blanked visiting NJIT, 4-0, in America East Conference men's soccer action at Wildcat Stadium Saturday evening.

New Hampshire improved to 4-6-4 on the season, 2-2-1 in the America East while NJIT moved to 3-8-4 on the year, 1-3-1 in the America East.

After Saturday night matches, NJIT and UMBC sit tied for sixth with a 1-3-1 mark and four points. The lone win for UMBC came against UMass Lowell while the Highlanders defeated Binghamton.

The Highlanders and Retrievers both have two matches remaining on their schedules (UMBC at Binghamton) and (NJIT at #2 Bryant).  NJIT and UMBC close out the regular season on November 4 in Newark at 6pm on ESPN+.

The Wildcats scored a pair of goals in each half for the home victory on Senior Night/Homecoming Weekend.

NJIT combined for nine overall shots (four shots on goal) led by Patrick Kierzkowski with four shots followed by Diogo Rebelo and Junee Lee with two shots each.
