PHILADELPHIA - The NJIT women's soccer team (3-6-1, 0-1 AE) fell 1-0 to Drexel (3-4-2, 1-0-1 CAA) in its final non-conference game on Thursday night at Vidas Field.
In the 22nd minute, Elise Duffy scored the lone goal, assisted by Casey Touey.
It was a defensive battle, with only three shots on goal combined for both teams during the game.
Briana Andreoli recorded NJIT's only shot on goal in the 55th minute.

Sofia Mignon,
Taylor Pape,
Kennedy Westbrook, and
Kennedy Yon played the full 90 minutes.
NJIT led in shots (8-6) and corner kicks (3-1), but Drexel outpaced NJIT in shots on goal (2-1) and possession (57%-43%).
