Women's Tennis Shut Out By Delaware

NEWARK, Del. — The NJIT women's tennis team concluded its two-match weekend with a 4-0 road defeat against the Delaware Blue Hens Saturday afternoon at the DFH Outdoor Courts.

NJIT (14-4) was able to capture one win on the day at No. 3 doubles but Delaware (15-6) nabbed the other two doubles flights for a 1-0 lead and clinched the match with wins at Nos. 1, 4, and 2 singles.

The Highlanders' final regular season match before the Southland Conference Tournament will put them against Stony Brook on the road on Friday, April 12 at 2 p.m.
