HACKENSACK, NJ–The NJIT women's fencing team closed out the regular season Sunday with a 5-0 sweep at the FDU Invitational inside the Rothman Center.

Epee Squad
The epee squad was led by graduate student Dominika Pawlowska and Gala Krsmanovic each combining for a 14-1 overall record. Megan Hillyer followed with an 11-4 mark. As a squad, they finished with a 39-6 overall record (86.67%).
Foil Squad
Elena Fernandez Negron paced the Highlanders on Sunday going perfect at 15-0 in women's foil competition while Stella Frias went 13-2 and Sherlyn Arzola Silva posted a 10-5 mark. The foil squad combined for a 38-7 overall mark.
Saber Squad
Margaret Meschia led the saber squad with a 10-1 overall record followed by Anastasiia Volynska at 8-3.
