Box Score Philadelphia, PA - The NJIT men's tennis team was defeated 7-0 by host Temple on Friday afternoon.

Temple improved to 17-3 with the victory, while the Highlanders record now stands at 13-5.

The Owls won at first and third doubles to clinch the doubles point and followed it up by shutting out the Highlanders in singles play for the 7-0 win.

NJIT will look to bouce back on Saturday when they travel back to Philadelphia to take on St. Joseph's. First serve is scheduled for 12pm.
