NEWARK, NJ - The undefeated NJIT men's tennis team will hit the road for the first time this season on Friday, when it travels to Yale for a matchup of ranked teams that will be streamed on ESPN+.
The 73rd-ranked Highlanders enter the match with an 11-0 record, while the 71st-ranked Bulldogs are 5-3.
"It's a great opportunity to play another Top 75 team," said Head Coach
Marco Matteucci. "Our student-athletes are excited and we will give it our all to keep the momentum going."
NJIT's top performer this season has been
Pablo Perez Ramos, who carries a 10-0 record at the top singles position and is also 10-0 in doubles play. Freshman
Wil Jenkins is also undefeated in singles play with a 10-0 record, primarily at the fifth singles spot.Â

First serve is slated for 5pm on Friday.
