HOBOKEN, NJ–The NJIT women's fencing team recorded a 17-7 win over host Stevens led by the NJIT foil squad who recorded an 8-1 mark on Sunday at the Stevens Invitational.  

The foil squad recorded an 8-1 mark and the epee squad notched a 6-3 record.

On the foil strip, Paloma Almodovar and Fernandez each notched a 3-0 mark followed by Marina Arrese, the 2021 Elite 90 Award Recipient and Dominika Pawlowska each notching a 3-0 record in epee competition. 

The NJIT women will return to action on February 13 at the Fairleigh Dickinson Invitational.
